We are pleased to inform that, within the framework of the Regional Operational Program of the Mazowieckie Voivodship for the years 2014-2020, FWM BRAT-MET sp. z o. o. implements a project entitled "Introduction of proprietary solutions for the production of holders and bearing units and hubs as an opportunity to increase the competitiveness of BRAT-MET".

 

The project is based on the implementation of the results of internal R&D works, aimed at launching on the market innovative fasteners, in the scope of two product groups of holders and bearing units and hubs. They will be created thanks to the use of both product design innovation and as a related innovation to the production process.The result of the project will be an improvement of two product groups: HOLDERS, including introduction of the utility protection rights for the KNIFE MOUNTING WITH NAIL utility model and positioning its square pin with one convex side, and BEARING UNITS AND HUBS.All of the above described products are the company's original ideas, developed in-house on the basis of permanently carried out own research: design, prototyping, strength and suitable technical tests.

Thanks to the implementation of the project results, BRAT-MET will gain a market advantage through the highest quality of details produced based on proprietary solutions. The offer will be directed to companies from the B2B sector, mainly companies from the agricultural sector. The above will be possible by complete fulfilment of the scope of the project, which includes the purchase of necessary fixed assets, i.e. various types of lathes, machining centres and suitable software. The main objective of the project is to raise the innovativeness and competitiveness of BRAT-MET on the domestic and international markets. In addition, the company aims, inter alia, to strengthen the level of innovation, diversify the offer, acquire new Customers, commercialize R&D investment.

AMOUNT OF THE EU SUBSIDY: 582 462,88 PLN
