Fabryka Wyrobow Metalowych (FWM) Brat-Met sp. z o.o. offers production of a wide range of metal-based products, typically, metric and inch fasteners, as well as parts and assemblies for tractors and agricultural machinery.

Apart from parts and assemblies manufacturing, we are recognized as a reliable, versatile and flexible supplier and manufacturer of bolts, nuts and other fasteners with inch threads, incl. UNC and UNF varieties and in variety of types and classes of mechanical strength.

Our warehouse holds a significant inventory of inch-based products, in various sizes, to British Standards, from 1/4" to 3/4", in more than 200 assortments. Inch threads of larger diameters are manufactured in our production plant to individual orders.

NEW PRODUCTS IN THE OFFER

Thanks to the implementation of the EU project entitled "Introduction of proprietary solutions for the production of holders and bearing units and hubs as an opportunity to increase the competitiveness of BRAT-MET", we have introduced two new product groups, improved and produced using our own innovative solutions:

1. KNIFE HOLDERS FOR ROTARY MOWERS - with the original design of holders and innovative production technology of knife bolts - with the use of a KNIFE MOUNTING WITH NAIL, with unique positioning of the knife;

2. BEARING UNITS FOR DISC HARROW AND HUBS: - with proprietary design of bearings and hubs, with an increased tolerance of up to 0.050mm, with proprietary hub solution, produced by forging, with a double-row bearing. The above production groups include a/o:

a. Knife holders for rotary movers and

b. Bearing units for disc harrow and hubs.
